I’ve spent my entire career inside New York City buildings, managing, troubleshooting, and improving multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties. As CEO of Kinsey Equities LLC and founder of Kinsey Consulting LLC, I’ve overseen everything from small walk-ups to complex portfolios with demanding owners, vocal tenants, and strict lenders.
After years of being the person everyone called when something went wrong, boilers, facades, DHCR filings, tenant complaints, you name it, I realized there was a gap. Owners and operators needed someone who could step in temporarily, diagnose issues, build systems, and leave them better than they were found. That’s why I created Kinsey Consulting: to share the playbook I’ve built over 15+ years in the field.
